STOCK ITEMS

Provided the item(s) you have ordered are in stock, we endeavour to despatch your models as soon as practicably possible. In most cases, this would be the next working day, but this may slip to the following day at times of extremely high levels of business. If there is likely to be a protracted delay, for whatever reason, we will do our utmost to contact you and inform you of the situation.

Payment will be requested immediately prior to dispatch.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS (BACK ORDERS)

For the very many collectors who like to pre-order their model requirements, we will be happy to place your items on back order. Payment for these items will only be taken when the item(s) come into stock. At this time, we reserve the right to take payment for your items and arrange for dispatch or hold your model if part of multi-model order. We will NOT charge your nominated credit/debit card until your items are accepted into stock.

In the case of dramatically increased sales volumes (particularly in the case of commissioned models), due to the increase in business volumes and despatch requirements, we may request payment slightly in advance of the products arrival. This would be to act on any problems or queries (credit card expiry dates etc) and to simply process the increased business volumes. Wherever possible, we will give prior notification of our intentions both on the Breaking News section of our website and in the weekly Aviation Newsletter.

DELIVERY AND AVAILABILITY

As mentioned previously, we endeavour to process orders as expediently as practicable, but we are unable to apply exact timescales in case we are subject to factors outside of our control.

All of our products and services are subject to availability and may be altered, or withdrawn at any time. As we intend serving large numbers of home and international collectors, there may be times when an item moves from a stock position to an out of stock position, at a time when the website is not manned.

If, for whatever reason we are unable to supply goods in this situation, you will not be charged and we will contact you at the earliest opportunity. In the extremely unlikely event of a payment already being made, this will be refunded immediately.

Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible in this instance and compensation will not be paid for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

RECEIVING YOUR ITEMS

It is extremely important to us that your models reach you in the best possible condition and every care is taken whilst packing your items. As collectors ourselves, we realize the importance of receiving your model in the condition it left the factory and although we do not break any seals on you models, we will make a visual inspection prior to packing. This will highlight all but the most obscure of problems, but will ensure that your models leave us in top condition.

We also use high grade packing materials and professional delivery services to ensure that these standards are carried through to you receiving your items. We are confident that these measures will lead to a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Please take care when opening your parcel. As you know, these items can contain delicate parts.

CUSTOMER PROTECTION REGULATIONS 2000

We will make every effort to describe the items we have for sale on our website as completely as possible and wherever possible, include a detailed photograph for your inspection. This will help you to make an informed buying decision, however we are always available to answer any questions you may have regarding specific models.

Should you be unhappy with any item you have purchased, you must let us know immediately. In the event of faulty or damaged goods, we will refund your payment at the earliest possible opportunity, once the goods have been returned.

In the event of damages, we ask that you send us a short letter, detailing the circumstances of the damage, so that we may be allowed to keep accurate records.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order, having examined your goods. In the unlikely event of this being the case, you must send us written notification within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

You must also ensure that the goods are restored to us, having taken reasonable care of the item.

Although we will refund the cost of the item (including the cost of returning the item to us) in full, we reserve the right to make a deduction equal to the original postage costs in sending the item(s) to you.

SITE CONTENT

Although we endeavour to keep all information on our site both current and accurate, there will be times when factors are beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

We may also conduct periodic updates and necessary site ‘housekeeping’ works may need to be carried out. At these times, the functionality of our site may be affected, however you can be sure that we will make every effort to ensure these situations are as brief and infrequent as possible. We may also be subject to service interruptions, which are obviously beyond our control.
