All orders made through the website, by email or over the phone are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or any other party. After placing an order with us we will send you an order acknowledgement email, with your order number and details of goods ordered. Flying Tigers cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including delivery charges).
Once you have completed a purchase, we will send you an email confirming that order. If the product(s) are out of stock or we are currently awaiting restocks, you will be notified.
Whilst we are under no obligation to accept your order, we would normally do so where: The product is available. The order reflects current pricing. Your credit/debit card is approved by your credit/debit card company.
You can access details of your order and any previous orders by logging in to your account once (but only if) you have registered. STOCK ITEMS
Provided the item(s) you have ordered are in stock, we endeavour to despatch your models as soon as practicably possible. In most cases, this would be the next working day, but this may slip to the following day at times of extremely high levels of business. If there is likely to be a protracted delay, for whatever reason, we will do our utmost to contact you and inform you of the situation.
Payment will be requested immediately prior to dispatch.
PRE-ORDERED ITEMS (BACK ORDERS) CANCELATION & REFUND TERMS OF CONTRACT
For the very many collectors who like to pre-order their model requirements, we will be happy to place your items on back order. If, unless previously agreed in writing, pre-ordered models that have arrived at Flying Tigers remain unpaid for a period of 2 months from the date of arrival, Flying Tigers reserves the right to cancel ALL pre-ordered models made by that customer. The models will be put back to stock .
In the case of dramatically increased sales volumes (particularly in the case of commissioned models), due to the increase in business volumes and despatch requirements, we may request payment slightly in advance of the products arrival. This would be to act on any problems or queries (credit card expiry dates etc) and to simply process the increased business volumes. Wherever possible, we will give prior notification of our intentions both on the Breaking News section of our website and in the weekly Aviation Newsletter.
DELIVERY, AVAILABILTY AND RETURN POLICY

As we intend serving large numbers of home and international collectors, there may be times when an item moves from a stock position to an out of stock position, at a time when the website is not manned.
If, for whatever reason we are unable to supply goods in this situation, you will not be charged and we will contact you at the earliest opportunity. In the extremely unlikely event of a payment already being made, this will be refunded immediately.
