We offer 2 secure payment methods upon checkout. The first is Paypal (you don't need a Paypal account to use this - just a credit or debit card). The second payment method is Sagepay, which is a trusted card processing company based in the UK (used by over 50,000 companies).

Stock items are dispatched either on the day they are ordered, or the following business day at busy periods.  For UK Mainland postal addresses, we use Parcel Force 24 hour delivery as standard. Quite simply, our packing service is second to none and designed specifically with the collector in mind.  Using high grade packing materials, your models will be packed to ensure that they arrive with you in the same condition that they left us – As collectors ourselves, we know what is expected!

We have some great Flat Rate postage prices, which mean that there is no limit to the number of models we can send, or the size of the parcel we send (within reason).  This is a fantastic benefit for the collector and extremely cost effective.  See Ordering/ Parcel delivery information at Top Menu for details.

A pre-order model is a model that has not yet been delivered or made available to retailers yet. It may be in development, still in manufacture or on its way from the factory.

It will be dispatched when it has arrived at Flying Tigers or held until the balance of your order is also available to send at the same time.

This depends on the manufacturer, whether the model is a brand-new tooling or not, and from where it is being shipped. It will take many months from the first day of publication (at least 4 to 5 months and often up to one year). In rarer cases it will take longer than 1 or 2 years. Of course, if you pre-order the model shortly before arrival at Flying Tigers it will be a matter of days.

No, if you order and pay by credit/debit card through the Sage Pay authorisation portal your payment is not taken until your model has arrived at Flying Tigers and is available for dispatch. A penny (£0.01) is taken sometimes in advance in order to keep your payment authorisation open and valid until your model arrives at a later date. DO NOT use the PayPal portal to order your pre-order model if you do not want to pay straight away, as the payment will be taken immediately.

Yes, you can cancel at any time before or up to 14 days from receipt of order. See our Terms and Conditions on the HomePage menu.

Yes, at Flying Tigers sole discretion and an administration / part cancelation charge may be taken.

Your payment will be taken immediately on those models that are in stock and available to dispatch. Pre-ordered models will be charged on arrival at Flying Tigers. The complete order will only be dispatched when all models are available. Customers my chose to pay additional postage costs and have models dispatched when and as they arrive or combine orders to save postage if they wish.
