In 2016, Turkish Airlines took delivery of its 300th aircraft. Only seven years later, the airline was able to welcome its 400th aircraft to its fleet with the delivery of this A350. This milestone was duly celebrated with a special painting. The name and use of the aircraft with the registration TC-LGH are also unusual: On March 4, 2023, it completed a special flight for the families evacuated from the Hatay province in southern Turkey, which was severely affected by the earthquake disaster. “Tek Yürek”, in German “One Heart”, is intended to symbolize cohesion after this catastrophe.
