The Spanish regional airline mainly connects the individual islands of the Canary Islands with each other. In addition, Binter has also flown to Madeira, Cape Verde and destinations in West Africa. The ATR-72 fleet has now grown to no less than 27 aircraft. Binter was the first airline in Europe to put the heavily modernized E2 version of Embraer’s E195 into service in November 2019, just in time for its thirtieth anniversary. Since then, the jet fleet has grown to nine aircraft, and the acquisition of six more aircraft was recently confirmed. With the highly efficient E195-E2, Binter is expanding its route network to include numerous destinations on the European mainland, including other destinations in Spain, but also to France and Italy.
