The Airbus A319 is currently the most frequently represented in the low-cost leisure airline’s fleet of 37 aircraft, which consists exclusively of Airbus aircraft. With several aircraft slowly approaching retirement age, parent company Air Canada has decided to transfer its 737 Max 8 to its subsidiary. By 2028, all A319s, A320s and A321s are to be replaced, making the 737 Max 8 the only aircraft type operated by Air Canada Rouge.
