Herpa 1/500th scale 537988 Braniff International Boeing 727-100 – solid lime green. Available to pre-order at Flying Tigers.

Lime green was the last “solid” shade created by the Harper & Green agency for Braniff and introduced in September 1967. Only one BAC 1-11, DC-8 and Boeing 707 each received the fresh-friendly paint, but six Boeing 727s received it. One of these three-jet aircraft with the registration N300BN is also the template for this limited novelty on a scale of 1:500. Delivered to Braniff in 1969, it remained in the fleet of the Texan airline until 1982.
