Flying Tigers WEBSITE is open for business 365 days a year 24 hours a day.
Flying Tigers OFFICE and WAREHOUSE is open Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. (office hours) excluding Bank Holidays. Stock items are dispatched either on the day they are ordered, or the following business day at busy periods. Dispatches are not made at weekends and the office is closed.
Customers may collect their models from Flying Tigers at the Sywell Office and warehouse. Please call in advance to make an appointment (approx. time will do), and we will have your models ready for you.
For UK Mainland postal addresses, we use Royal Mail 48hr tracked and Parcel Force 24hr tracked and signed service.
Quite simply, our packing service is second to none and designed specifically with the collector in mind. Using high grade packing materials, your models will be packed to ensure that they arrive with you in the same condition that they left us – As collectors ourselves, we know what is expected!

The majority of parcels leaving Flying Tigers use this service. For just £4.95 we can send a parcel with 1 or 2 models (up to 2.0 kilos) to all UK Mainland postage destinations.
Parcelforce Tracked & Signed 24 hour service*
Where customers want to consolidate their models into one convenient cost saving shipment for only £7.00* , or perhaps order larger heavier models, Flying Tigers use Parcelforce tracked and signed 24 hour service. Parcels can contain any number of models, which represents excellent value for money. This service is trackable and requires a signature on delivery. Delivery can be made to the billing address, or to a more convenient alternative, such as your place of work or a neighbour.
Parcel Force do not deliver at weekends or Bank Holidays.
* Central London a £0.50 Congestion surcharge will apply.
* Isle of Wight a £5.00 sucharge will apply to all parcels.
