Alongside American Airlines, Canadian Airlines, Cathay Pacific and Qantas, British Airways was the fifth founding member of the oneworld alliance. Today, it consists of 15 full members with a combined fleet of 3,300 aircraft, which operates flights to no less than 170 countries in all parts of the world. In addition to three Airbus A320s promoting the alliance, British Airways has also fitted five of its Boeing 777s, including G-YMMU, with the oneworld lettering on the fuselage.
