Delivery – Updated Information
Stock items are dispatched either on the day they are ordered, or the following business day at busy periods. For UK Mainland postal addresses, we use Parcel Force 24 hour delivery as standard.
Quite simply, our packing service is second to none and designed specifically with the collector in mind. Using high grade packing materials, your models will be packed to ensure that they arrive with you in the same condition that they left us – As collectors ourselves, we know what is expected!
UK Mainland Postage Rates
Using the Parcel Force 24 hour service, the vast majority of the parcels leaving Flying Tigers use this service and we have a fantastic rate. For just £7.00 we can send a parcel of any size, containing any number of models, which represents excellent value for money. This service is trackable and requires a signature on delivery. Delivery can be made to the billing address, or to a more convenient alternative, such as your place of work
Highlands and Islands
Parcels sent to these destinations pay a delivery surcharge. For lighter parcels, we will always try to find the most cost effective postage option and use Royal Mail where we can – larger parcels will be subject to a surcharge, with a maximum flat rate price of £16.00. Northern Ireland
BT Postcodes. Parcels sent to these destinations pay a delivery surcharge. For lighter parcels, we will always try to find the most cost effective postage option and use Royal Mail where we can – larger parcels will be subject to a surcharge, with a maximum flat rate price of £19.00. Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly

Overseas Postage Rates
Flying Tigers post models to all destinations worldwide and we have collectors in every corner of the globe. Our website should give a reasonably accurate illustration of postage costs during the ordering process, once you have included your destination address. Airmail parcels are now charged volumetrically, which has obviously had an impact on prices. Thankfully, our business volumes dictates that we can offer some attractive discounts on the standard rates to most destinations.
The catalogue software we use assumes that all models are in stock at the time of ordering and a cumulative shipping weight is applied for postage purposes. With regard to pre-ordered items, this will obviously be incorrect and we will simply charge the required level of postage for each parcel sent, unless a prior arrangement has been made. Overseas Flat Rate Postage Rates
We have some great Flat Rate postage prices, which mean that there is no limit to the number of models we can send, or the size of the parcel we send (within reason). This is a fantastic benefit for the collector and extremely cost effective.

Important Pre-ordering Notes
Flying Tigers will not take payment, or ask for a deposit when you place an order for a future model release (unless you pay using Paypal, which we have no control over). Please Note that our shopping software cannot differentiate between stock and future items, which may lead to innacurate postage quotes and additional postage charges, should separate parcels be required.
