 The most significant feature about everyone at Flying Tigers Ltd is that we are passionate about aeroplanes. Aviation has been a significant part of our lives, for most of our lives and we are privileged to be able to share that passion with our collectors.
We are a small family run business, but we are BIG on customer service. Flying Tigers is a husband and wife team, with a further lady member who handles our dispatch department (so as you can see, I am a little outnumbered at work!)
Our business Flying Tigers Ltd began trading in November 2006. During the hectic establishment period, we were overwhelmed by the many messages of support and good will we received - this really meant a lot to us! Our main priority is to ensure all our customers dealings with Flying Tigers are positive ones!
This is both an exciting and frightening venture for us. We are happy to be in complete control of our own destiny, but running a new collector business can make for long hours and sleepless nights - but we love it really!
At Flying Tigers we believe passionately in providing our collectors with the best service available and adding value, wherever possible. Some of these values include:
- A packaging department which is second to none! Use of high grade, purpose designed materials ensure your models arrive in perfect condition.
- The ability for our collectors to hold models until 3 or 4 are in stock before shipping, thus making our attractive postage rates even more economical (please ring us for details of this service).
- Commissioning of EXCLUSIVE model releases. Something special for the committed collector - well researched and highly collectable models, produced in low numbers - hopefully, just what the collector is looking for!
- Production of a WEEKLY aviation related e-Newsletter, which is read by thousands of enthusiasts worldwide! Sign up today, so you don’t miss out on all the news!
- Airshow Reviews posted on our web site throughout the summer - If you can’t make the shows, we will try and give you a taste of the action!
- Production of a regular POST OUT catalogue, allowing collectors without computer access to be a part of the Flying Tigers experience!
