Making A Purchase
We try to make dealing with us as easy as possible. Please take a look through our store, and click on any items you wish to buy, placing them in your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection(s), simply click on "Order" and you will be asked for the details we need to be able to satisfy your order.

If you are making a purchase from North America/Canada or other International destinations, please place your order in the usual manner and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars (or other appropriate currency).

Provided the models you require are in stock, we process your order right away. This being the case, we would normally hope despatch your order to you within two business days. If there is a problem with your order, we will try to contact you at the earliest possible opportunity. International orders are treated in exactly the same way, but are obviously subject to increased transit times.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will endeavour to contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
